Change of Company Secretary

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Millar as General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from 18 February 2013 when he takes over from Adam Batty who is leaving the Company after five years to join Selfridges Group Limited. Mark is also a member of the executive team.

A qualified solicitor, Mark joins from Future plc where he was General Counsel and Company Secretary for over ten years. Mark brings a wealth of commercial and legal expertise including ten years as a City solicitor, having joined Future from Allen & Overy.
