SCRIP REFERENCE PRICE

The Scrip reference price for the fully paid Ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013, payable on 4 April 2013, will be 684.5p.

The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's Ordinary shares for the day on which they are quoted

ex-dividend and the four subsequent business days.  In respect of the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013, this was the period 30 January 2013 to 5 February 2013.

The Scrip Dividend Alternative timetable for the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013 is as follows:
