Volvere plc ("Volvere" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

On 14 February 2013, Volvere issued and allotted 3,708 new ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Shares") arising from the conversion of 455 A shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 455 B shares of GBP0.49999995 each.

Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 22 February 2013.

Following the above conversion of shares the number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 4,815,986 Shares.  The Company also has in issue 4,999,994,534,697 Deferred shares, none of which are admitted to trading on AIM.
