Interim Management Statement

Worthington Group plc provides an Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 October 2012 to the date of this announcement, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company is still in discussions with the local authority over the best development potential for its Keighley site. We continue to work closely with Pension Fund Trustee regarding the previously reported deficit in the scheme. Trading for the period is in line with management expectations and we have nothing further to report in the period since our last update on 29 November 2012.
