NOTICE OF INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT, TRADING UPDATE AND PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Speedy Hire Plc, the UK's largest provider of tools and equipment services, confirms that it will issue its Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 October 2012 to 12 February 2013 on 13 February 2013.

Speedy also confirms that it will issue a Trading Update on 17 April ahead of its Preliminary Results, which will be announced on 15 May for the year to 31 March 2013.
