After the reimbursement of Iviron Fund shareholders Athos Limited has an aggregate interest in 28,201,130ordinary shares of €0.10 each representing 4.37%* of the issued share capital of PetroNeft Resources Plc.

*This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 644,920,275ordinary shares.
