Severn Trent Plc sells Severn Trent Analytical Services to ALS Limited

Severn Trent Plc is today pleased to announce that it has sold Severn Trent Services' Analytical Services (also known as Severn Trent Laboratories) to ALS Limited (ASX: ALQ).   

Severn Trent Analytical Services provides potable, wastewater and contaminated land testing services to UK commercial and utility customers.

ALS is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and is one of the largest testing inspection and certification (TIC) companies in the world with more than 13,000 staff and 350 laboratories in 55 countries.
