("Northern Bear" or the "Group")

Resignation of Director

The board of directors (the "Board") of Northern Bear wishes to announce that Stephen Gray has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The role of Operations Director has now been subsumed into the role of the Group's Managing Director, Graham Jennings, and the Group does not intend to find a replacement for the role.

Stephen will, however, remain with the Group in his capacity as a director of MGM Limited.

The Board would like to thank Steve for his contribution to Northern Bear and we are pleased to be retaining his skills within the group.
