The Company announces that, on 01 February 2013, it received notification from the Trustees of The British Land Share Ownership Plan (the "Trust") that, on 01 February 2013, 53,517 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company granted to Charles Maudsley, an Executive Director of the Company, under the Charles Maudsley 2010 Co-Investment Share Plan on 30 March 2010, vested on full satisfaction of the Performance Conditions. Following the vesting Charles Maudsley sold all of the newly-vested shares at a price of £5.64 per share.
