Directorate change

Tracsis today announces that Dr Raymond Kwan will bestepping down from the Board of Directors with effect from the 1st February 2013.  Dr Kwan will continue to work with the Group and play an active role on future product development initiatives and his time commitment with Tracsis will remain unchanged.

The Board of Directors express their sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr Kwan for the significant contribution he has made to Tracsis over the years and look forward to his continued involvement with the Group.

"Raymond was pivotal in starting Tracsis and helping us commercialise ground breaking research from within the University of Leeds.  As a true 'academic entrepreneur' this is an appropriate time in the evolution of the Group for Ray to step down from the Board to allow him to focus on his research and teaching studies unfettered from PLC obligations.  We are delighted that Ray will continue to work with Tracsis in an advisory capacity and we thank him for the huge contribution he has made in getting us to where we are today."
