Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, as at 31 January 2013, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 43,226,102 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.  The Company currently holds no Treasury shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 43,226,102.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
