Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Assura Group Limited, the UK's leading investor and developer of primary care property announces that it has today posted to shareholders a notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to be held at 10am on 15 February 2013 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the establishment of the Assura Group Value Creation Plan and proposed amendments to the Articles of Association for the purpose of UK REIT conversion.
