The Company was notified on 24 January 2013 that Mr Terry Tyrell is interested in a total of 592,137 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 6.17 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.  This holding includes ordinary shares held beneficially by Mr Tyrell's SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
