Highway Capital plc (the "Company")

Interim Management Statement

In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 September 2012 to 23 January 2013.

The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to seek opportunities to maximize the value of the Company. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £53,000 at 23 January 2013.

No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 September 2012 to 23 January 2013 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
