Completion of Placing and Directors shareholdings
23 January 2013 Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that the 13,157,895 new ordinary shares issued as part of the Placing announced on 18 January 2013 have now been admitted for trading.
As part of the arrangements for the Placing, three Non-executive Directors subscribed for approximately £225,000 in the Placing, representing 9% of the issue. These Directors' beneficial interests are now as follows:
