Exercise of Options

Judges Scientific plc issued 1,500 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 23 January 2013.

Following the exercise of these options, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 5,315,999 Ordinary Shares.
