Antwerp, Belgium – 21 December 2015 – Pursuant to Article 14, first paragraph, of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings, Xior Student Housing NV discloses the following information.

Xior Student Housing NV has received a transparency notification dated 17 December 2015, which states that Aloxe NV, following the acquisition of shares on 11 December 2015, holds 23.06% of the voting rights of the Company.
