Antwerp, Belgium – 4 March 2016 – Pursuant to Article 14, first paragraph, of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings (the "Transparency Law"), Xior Student Housing NV discloses the following information.

Xior Student Housing NV has received a transparency notification on 3 March 2016, which states that Aloxe NV, following the acquisition of shares on 1 March 2016, holds 26.71% of the voting rights of the Company. Aloxe NV has thus crossed the notification threshold of 25%.
