Antwerp, Belgium – 27 November 2018 – In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the public disclosure of significant shareholdings (the "Transparency Law"), Xior Student Housing NV hereby publishes the following information.

Xior Student Housing NV received a transparency notification d.d. 23 November 2018 from AXA Investment Managers S.A. The notification contains the following information¹ :
