Details of the Issuer's obligation: dividend payment for 2011: Amount of the Issuer's obligation in money terms: dividend payment for ordinary shares : RUB 21,436 mn; dividend payment for preferred shares : RUB 16,559 mn. End date of the dividend payment period (date when the Issuer's obligation is to be discharged): 28 August 2012. Fact of the Issuer's failure to discharge it's obligation: obligation is discharged not in full. Reason for the Issuer's failure to fulfill its corresponding obligation to holders of its equity securities: partial discharge of obligations is due to the lack of information about shareholders in the register of registered securities holders of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' required for dividend transfer. Amount of the Issuer's outstanding obligation in money terms: amount of dividend payment for ordinary shares : RUB 21.4 mn; amount of dividend payment for preferred shares: RUB 190.2 mn.
