FASHION GIANT DESIGUAL RENTS HIGH STREET COMMERCIAL SPACE FROM INTERVEST RETAIL IN NAMUR

Spanish fashion giant Desigual has signed a lease contract with property investment fund Intervest Retail in its commercial complex Jardin d'Harscamp in Namur.

In 2011, Intervest Retail has acquired the commercial complex Jardin d'Harscamp, located Place de l'Ange 4 in the inner-city of Namur. The shops in the commercial complex are easily transformed to create larger commercial surface areas and to optimize the rental value. Namur has a limited offer of larger commercial surface areas on primary locations. {

Intervest Retail lets to Desigual 522 m² commercial space created by regrouping three shops. The lease contract is concluded at attractive conditions conform the market and has besides a fixed component also a variable rent based on the realized turnover of Desigual.

Desigual is an active leading international fashion retailer with its main office in Barcelona. Desigual sells modern clothing through regular store chains and specialized flag ships stores.

We are pleased to welcome Desigual in Namur. The young and dynamic image of Desigual will give an additional drive to the recently redeveloped Place de l'Ange. Our aim for a fast repositioning of the commercial complex Jardin d'Harscamp is executed as expected.
