In order to meet the future obligations of the stock option plan for members of the Management Committee (initiated in 2005), the Board of Directors of Van de Velde NV proceeded with the purchase of shares on the Eurolist market of NYSE Euronext Brussels. On April 11, 2012 1,354 shares have been acquired for an average price of 37.36 €/share.
The authorization to acquire own shares was granted to the Board of Directors on April 29, 2009 during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
