ACQUISITION OF TREASURY SHARES

In order to meet the future obligations of the stock option plan for members of the Management Committee (initiated in 2005), the Board of Directors of Van de Velde NV proceeded with the purchase of shares on the Eurolist market of NYSE Euronext Brussels. The following treasury shares have been acquired:

• 18/09/2012: 1.395 shares. Average price = 34.90 €/share. Maximum price = 35.00 €/share. Minimum price = 34.75 €/share
• 19/09/2012: 319 shares. Average price = 34.81 €/share. Maximum price = 34.95 €/share. Minimum price = 34.75 €/share
• 20/09/2012: 222 shares. Average price = 34.85 €/share
• 21/09/2012: 889 shares. Average price = 35.00 €/share
• 24/09/2012: 464 shares. Average price = 34.98 €/share. Maximum price = 35.00 €/share. Minimum price = 34.90 €/share

The authorization to acquire own shares was granted to the Board of Directors on April 25, 2012 during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
