As set out in our press release dated February 24, 2014 Intimacy has been named as a defendant in a potential class action suit alleging a violation of Facta ("The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act"). This Act sets forth the credit card details that can be stated on a purchase receipt.

In this case we have reached a settlement with the opposing party. This settlement needs to be approved by the USA court. The normal course of this procedure takes a few months.

Van de Velde expects no material impact on the financial situation of the group.
