Regulated information Acquisition of treasury shares

In order to meet the future obligations of the stock option plan for members of the Management Committee (initiated in 2005 and renewed in 2010 and 2015), the Board of Directors of Van de Velde NV proceeded with the purchase of shares on the market of Euronext Brussels. The following treasury shares have been acquired:

• 23/03/2017: 459 shares. Average price = 55,76 €/share. Maximum price = 56,01 €/share. Minimum price = 55,47 €/share;
• 24/03/2017: 547 shares. Average price = 55,05 €/share. Maximum price = 55,55 €/share. Minimum price = 54,12 €/share;
• 27/03/2017: 175 shares. Average price = 54,35 €/share. Maximum price = 54,40 €/share. Minimum price = 54,26 €/share;
• 28/03/2017: 197 shares. Average price = 54,58 €/share. Maximum price = 54,72 €/share. Minimum price = 54,40 €/share;
• 29/03/2017: 346 shares. Average price = 54,60 €/share. Maximum price = 54,68 €/share. Minimum price = 54,55 €/share.

The authorization to acquire own shares was granted to the Board of Directors on April 30, 2014 during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
