Regulated information Acquisition of treasury shares

In order to meet the future obligations of the stock option plan of 2010 and renewed in 2015 for members of the Management Committee, the Board of Directors of Van de Velde NV proceeded with the purchase of shares on the market of Euronext Brussels. The following treasury shares have been acquired:

• 14/03/2018: 768 shares. Average price = 40,43 €/share. Maximum price = 40,60 €/share. Minimum price = 40,30 €/share.
• 15/03/2018: 794 shares. Average price = 40,06 €/share. Maximum price = 40,40 €/share. Minimum price = 39,65 €/share.
• 16/03/2018: 1.300 shares. Average price = 39,54 €/share. Maximum price = 40,05 €/share. Minimum price = 38,95 €/share.
• 19/03/2018: 546 shares. Average price = 39,78 €/share. Maximum price = 40,00 €/share. Minimum price = 39,00 €/share.
• 20/03/2018: 700 shares. Average price = 39,61 €/share. Maximum price = 39,95 €/share. Minimum price = 39,25 €/share.
• 21/03/2018: 1.365 shares. Average price = 38,78 €/share. Maximum price = 39,25 €/share. Minimum price = 38,00 €/share.

The authorization to acquire own shares was granted to the Board of Directors on April 26, 2017 during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

At present 4.798 own shares are held by Van de Velde NV. This represents 0,04 per cent of the total number of shares of Van de Velde NV.
