Pour répondre aux obligations futures en vertu d'un plan d'option de 2010 et renouvelé en 2015 pour la direction, le conseil d'administration de Van de Velde NV a procédé à l'achat d'actions sur le marché d' Euronext Brussels. Les actions propres mentionnées ci-dessous ont été acquises :

• 14/03/2018: 768 actions. Prix moyen = 40,43 €/action. Prix maximal = 40,60 €/action. Prix minimal = 40,30 €/action.
• 15/03/2018: 794 actions. Prix moyen = 40,06 €/action. Prix maximal = 40,40 €/action. Prix minimal = 39,65 €/action.
• 16/03/2018: 1.300 actions. Prix moyen = 39,54 €/action. Prix maximal = 40,05 €/action. Prix minimal = 38,95 €/action.
• 19/03/2018: 546 actions. Prix moyen = 39,78 €/action. Prix maximal = 40,00 €/action. Prix minimal = 39,00 €/action.
• 20/03/2018 : 700 actions. Prix moyen = 39,61 €/action. Prix maximal = 39,95 €/action. Prix minimal = 39,25 €/action.
• 21/03/2018: 1.365 actions. Prix moyen = 38,78 €/action. Prix maximal = 39,25 €/action. Prix minimal = 38,00 €/action.

Le Conseil d'administration a réalisé cette acquisition dans le cadre de son mandat d'acquisition d'actions propres accordé par l'assemblée générale extraordinaire du 26 avril 2017.

Aujourd'hui, 4.798 actions propres sont détenues par Van de Velde NV. Cela représente 0,04% du nombre total d'actions de Van de Velde NV.
