Unitronics (1989) (R"G) Ltd. is an Israeli company that engages, through its Products Department, in the design, development, production, marketing and sale of industrial automation products, mainly Programmable Logic Controllers ("PLCs"). PLCs are computer-based electronic products (hardware and software), used in the command and control of machines performing automatic tasks, such as production systems and automatic systems for industrial storage, retrieval and logistics. Re: Adoption of reliefs for Small Corporates

Further to the announcement to corporations, by the Israeli Securities Authority, dated January 27, 2014, regarding the approval by the Israeli Parliament ("Knesset") Finance Committee of the guidelines of reliefs for small corporations under the Amendment to the Securities Regulations ( Periodic and Immediate Reports ) , 1970 ("the Amendment to Regulations " ) , the Company hereby inform that on March 9, 2014 , the Board of directors received the following decisions :

1. To Confirm that the company is a "small corporation", as defined in the Amendment to Regulations.

2. To adopt the reliefs to small corporations included in the amendment to regulations in full.

3. To apply the reliefs (as they are relevant to the Company) as from the yearly report for 2013.
