STATUS OF UNITRONICS' SENIOR OFFICE HOLDERS

Airport City, Israel – April 13 , ²⁰¹⁴ - Unitronics (1989) R"G Ltd. (the "Company") published the attached Immediate Report pursuant to the requirements of the Israeli law with respect to the status of its senior office holders.
