Interim dividend to be paid as from 14 September

As previously mentioned, on 4 August 2011, the Board of Directors approved a gross interim dividend of € 0.40 per new share (ISIN BE0003884047) - i.e. half of the dividend paid in respect of 2010 earnings. This represents a dividend of € 0.30 net of withholding tax.

The interim dividend will be paid out as from 14 September 2011.

The share will be traded ex coupon as from 9 September 2011. The record date will be 13 September.
