Deze fondsen voor collectieve belegging hebben FMR LLC het discretionair recht toegekend het stemrecht van aandelen uit te oefenen in overeenstemming met het beleid van de Raad van Bestuur van FMR LLC inzake stemmen per volmacht. FMR LLC is een niet gecontroleerde onderneming.
