The special shareholders' meeting will validly conduct business and deliberate irrespective of the number of shares present or represented. The extraordinary shareholders' meeting will only validly deliberate if at least half of the capital is present or represented. Should this meeting not reach the necessary quorum, a new meeting will be scheduled for 15 October 2014 at 10:00.
