Interim dividend to be paid as from 4 September

As previously mentioned, on 31 July 2014, the Board of Directors approved a gross interim dividend of € 0.50 per new share (ISIN BE0003884047) - i.e. half of the dividend paid in respect of 2013 earnings. This represents a dividend of € 0.375 net of withholding tax.

The interim dividend will be paid out as from 4 September 2014.

The share will be traded ex coupon as from 1 September 2014. The record date will be 3 September.
