Op 29 april heeft Umicore met adres op Broekstraat 31, 1000 Brussel, België, de FSMA en Umicore te kennen gegeven dat zij op 27 april 2015 de statutaire drempel van 3% heeft overschreden en op dat ogenblik minder dan 3% van Umicore's aandelen en stemrechten bezat.
