Transparantieverklaringen van Millennium International Management LP en van Bank of America Corp.
In overeenstemming met artikel 14, § 1 van de wet van 2 mei 2007 betreffende de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen, werd Umicore onlangs op de hoogte gebracht door:
- Millennium International Management LP dat het op 30 augustus 2024 de statutaire drempel van 3% voor gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten naar boven heeft overschreden. Het totale bezit van directe stemrechten en gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten van Millennium International Management LP bedraagt nu 3,21%.
- Bank of America Corp. dat het op 4 september 2024 de wettelijke drempel van 5% voor directe stemrechten en gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten naar beneden heeft overschreden, hetzelfde geldt voor de statutaire drempel van 3% voor directe stemrechten. Het totale bezit van directe stemrechten en gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten van Bank of America bedraagt nu 4,01%.

Met haar ongeveer 12.000 medewerkers wil ze optimaal voldoen aan de behoeften van haar internationale klanten. De Groep heeft in de eerste jaarhelft van 2024 inkomsten (metaal niet inbegrepen) van € 1,8 miljard gegenereerd (omzet van € 7,4 miljard).
