Transparantieverklaringen van Bank of America Corp.

In overeenstemming met artikel 14, § 1 van de wet van 2 mei 2007 betreffende de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen, werd Umicore onlangs op de hoogte gebracht door:

• Bank of America Corp. dat haar dochteronderneming Merrill Lynch International achtereenvolgens de statutaire drempel van 3% voor directe stemrechten en gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten heeft overschreden, eerst naar beneden op 16 september 2024 en vervolgens naar boven op 19 september 2024. Op 23 september 2024 heeft Bank of America Corp. (via haar dochteronderneming Merrill

Lynch International) de statutaire drempel van 3% voor gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten overschreden.

Het totale bezit van directe stemrechten en gelijkwaardige financiële instrumenten van Bank of America bedraagt nu 4,42%.
