ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN DENOMINATOR

Brussels, 27 August 2019, 8:30 CET - Titan Cement International SA (Euronext Brussels, ATHEX and Euronext Paris, TITC) today announces, as a result of the issuance and admission of 3,779,241 new shares to trading on Euronext Brussels, ATHEX and Euronext Paris in the context of the contribution of the same number of shares of Titan Cement Company S.A. pursuant to the squeeze-out right procedure, the following information in accordance with Article 15, §2, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings:
