Brussels, 11 June 2021, 08:00 CEST - Titan Cement International SA (Euronext Brussels, ATHEX and Euronext Paris, TITC) today announces that it has received the following transparency notification dated 10 June 2021, indicating that on 8 June 2021, E.D.Y.V.E.M public company LTD crossed downwards the 15% threshold as a consequence of an OTC sale of 337,400 shares. No threshold was crossed as a result of this transaction by the persons acting in concert, as their aggregate shareholding currently stands at 35.18%.
