On 15 January 2019, Capfi Delen Asset Management nv, located at Jan Van Rijswijcklaan 178, 2020 Antwerp, has notified the FSMA and TINC that on 9 January 2019 it's participation in TINC has decreased to 1,357,558 shares and voting rights, or 4.98%, which is below the legal threshold of 5%, as also adopted in the articles of association.
