Update on share repurchase program

Mechelen, October 3, 2011 – Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or "the Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of January 30, 2001 in execution of the Belgian Company Code:

Under the share repurchase program as announced on August 9, 2011, the Company reports today that during the period from August 23 until October 3, 2011, the following transaction took place on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels:

The Company currently holds 118,319 shares, being 0.10 % of the total outstanding shares.
