Update on share repurchase program

Mechelen, October 12, 2011 – Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or "the Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of January 30, 2001 in execution of the Belgian Company Code:

Under the share repurchase program as announced on August 9, 2011, the Company reports today that during the period from October 4 until October 12, 2011, the following transaction took place on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels:

The Company currently holds 174,402 shares, being 0.15 % of the total outstanding shares.
