Mechelen, August 3, 2015 – Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of January 30, 2001 in execution of the Belgian Company Code.
Under the Share Repurchase Program 2015, as announced on February 12, 2015, the Company reports today that during the period from July 27 until July 31, 2015, the following transactions took place either through the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels or through block trades in accordance with applicable regulations:

All repurchased shares under the Share Repurchase Program 2015 (currently 941,179 own shares) will be held by the Company to cover the Company's obligations under existing stock option plans.
