Brussels, April 10, 2017 – Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses certain information in relation to its share repurchases, in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of January 30, 2001 implementing the Belgian Company Code.

In the framework of the Share Repurchase Program 2017, as announced on February 16, 2017, the Company reports today that during the period from April 3 until April 7, 2017, the following transactions took place through the central order book of the regulated market of Euronext Brussels:

The Company currently holds 1,870,549 own shares (previous update on the Share Repurchase Program 2017: 1,843,371 own shares), representing 1.59% of the total number of outstanding shares (previous update on the Share Repurchase Program 2017: 1.57%).

All repurchased shares under the Share Repurchase Program 2017 (currently 335,081 own shares) will be held by the Company to cover the Company's obligations under existing stock option plans.
