Disclosure of a transparency notification

Brussels, 8 August 2018 – Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses, in accordance with article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007, that, on 7 August 2018, it received a transparency notification dated 3 August 2018 from Lucerne Capital Management, L.P., in accordance with articles 6 and 18 of the Law of 2 May 2007.

In its notification dated 3 August 2018 and received on 7 August 2018, Lucerne Capital Management, L.P. reports that its shareholding in Telenet exceeded the 3% threshold on 3 August 2018.
