Disclosure of a transparency notification

In its notification dated 3 October 2019, received on 4 October 2019, BlackRock, Inc. reports that both its total holdings and voting rights attached to shares in Telenet (aggregated with its controlled undertakings listed above) has crossed the 3% threshold on 2 October 2019.
