Disclosure of a transparency notification

In its notification dated 26 March 2020, received on 27 March 2020, BlackRock, Inc. reports that its total participation in voting rights in Telenet (aggregated with its controlled undertakings listed above) has exceeded the 3% threshold on 25 March 2020; and
In its notification dated 27 March 2020, received on 30 March 2020, BlackRock Inc. reports that its total participation its total participation in voting rights in Telenet (aggregated with its controlled undertakings listed above) has dropped below the 3% threshold on 26 March 2020.
