Rik De Nolf is taking over the operational management of Groupe Express-Roularta in Paris.
Corinne Pitavy is confirmed in her post of Director-General (Directeur Général) and Christophe Barbier, is appointed a Director-General.
Corinne Pitavy will oversee the business activities and Christophe Barbier the editorial activities.
Corinne Pitavy will be assisted by two Deputy Directors-General: Eric Matton, with responsibility for wide audience magazines, and Jean Weiss, in charge of specialized media.
Roularta Media Group wishes to thank Marc Feuillée, who is leaving the group, for his involvement in the integration of Groupe Express Roularta into the Roularta group and for the good cooperation during these many years.
Roularta Media Group is examining the possibility of changing the legal structure of its French subsidiary, the Groupe Express Roularta, from a public limited company (société anonyme) with a 'Directoire' (Directorate) and a 'Conseil de Surveillance' (Supervisory Board), to a public limited company with a Board of Directors, consisting of all members of the former 'Conseil de Surveillance'.
