Roularta in France

As of today, Roularta Media Group has decided to solely continue negotiations with Mr Patrick Drahi, associated with Mr Marc Laufer, for the sale of the titles: L'Express, L'Expansion, Mieux Vivre Votre Argent, Lire, Classica, Pianiste and Studio Ciné Live, the website of L'Entreprise as well as the Job Rencontres and Distrijob activities.

Furthermore, Roularta will continue to expand the L'Etudiant group, with its magazine, its book publishing house, its 80 fairs and its website l'etudiant.fr, the brand and the Point de Vue magazine as well as the lifestyle activities consisting of the cotemaisons.fr website, the magazines Côté Sud, Côté Ouest, Côté Est, Côté Paris, Maison Française Magazine, Décoration Internationale, Zeste as well as the fairs of the Côté magazines.

Roularta also owns 100% of the weekly A Nous Paris and the monthlies A Nous Lille / Lyon / Marseille and 50% of the Idéat Publications (joint venture with Mr Laurent Blanc), publisher of the magazines Idéat and The Good Life.

When the deal is definitely closed, Roularta will inform the market on its financial impact.
