Under the terms of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market (Transparency law) Roularta Media Group makes the following information public.
Comm.VA Koinon and NV Cennini, in their capacity of persons acting in concert, who have concluded an agreement concerning the possession, the acquisition and transfer of shares, have made a definitive notification with regard to the participations held in NV Roularta Media Group on 16/03/2015 :

This notification is the result of a change in the chain of the controlled companies by which the participation is held.
As the result of a merger by acquisition Comm.VA Koinon is the direct holder of 7.372.877 Roularta shares.
Comm.VA Koinon is a subsidiary of Stichting Administratiekantoor Cerveteri, which is controlled by Mr. Hendrik De Nolf. NV Cennini is a subsidiary of Stichting Administratiekantoor Giverny, which is controlled by Mr. Leo Claeys.
