The Annual Meeting of Roularta Media Group NV held on 16 May 2017 has decided to pay out a gross dividend of 0.50 euro per share. This equals 0.35 euro net.
The dividend will be paid out as from 1 June 2017 (payment date). The share is listed ex dividend as from 30 May (ex date).The record date is fixed at 31 May 2017.
